As Andrew Sullivan has already pointed out, the writers of the Saturday Night Live skit used many of Sarah Palin’s actual words and sentences from the Katie Couric interview. The skit practically wrote itself from the interview transcript. The second video here is from comedienne, Catherine Tate, and her “I Could Do That” series, a series that Andrew Sullivan is using as a metaphor to highlight Sarah Palin’s confident incompetence.

Here Palin tries to answer a question about an alternative to the current bailout plan. Even with the help of glancing at her notes in her lap, she does not know what she is talking about!! She is a complete BS artist.

Is Brooks really saying that a humble man would come back from Vietnam and among his first actions write a massive piece about his heroism in US News and then “write” five memoirs detailing his own heroism? McCain has milked and milked and milked his shamelessly for political advantage from the minute he got home. Men of the Greatest Generation wouldn’t dream of this disgusting exploitation.”

She is nearly incoherent in her responses to these questions on her foreign policy experience and on the bailout plan.  She does not know what she is talking about.
